At Lawn Barbers, we understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. However, to ensure smooth operations and serve all our valued customers efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeframe: Clients are allowed to cancel their lawn care appointment but with an attached cancellation fee of 15% of total cost for service.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.

Weather Conditions: In case of inclement weather that prevents us from performing the service safely and efficiently, we will reschedule the appointment at no extra cost to the client.
